How do I join Capazoo.com?
Joining Capazoo.com is easy! Click on one of the sign-up/register prompts located on the Home Page or click the ‘Join’ prompt located on a Member’s page. Or, click here!
How do I register for this site?
To open up any type of Capazoo account, all you require is a valid email address and to fill in the information fields upon registration.
Is there a fee to join Capazoo.com?
You can join Capazoo.com for FREE and get access to many of our great site features and services. To maximize the Capazoo experience, you may choose to sign up with one of our paid Memberships, which allows you to access more site features and services.
Why can’t I log in to Capazoo for the first time?
If you are having difficulty signing in for the first time, don’t worry, you may have just made a spelling error or entered some of your registration information incorrectly. Simply restart the process and double check all required information before submittal in order to receive your activation link promptly. If the system says your Nickname or email address is already in use, you will have to provide a new Nickname or email address.
Can I use the same email and/or nickname to create a new Capazoo Profile?
For security purposes, each Profile requires a unique nickname and email address, therefore we only allow a Nickname to be entered into the system one time, and one time only. You may sign up for more than one Profile with Capazoo, provided you use an alternate email address and Nickname than the one you previously signed up with.
If I open a new Profile, can I transfer contents from my existing Profile?
Contents of any Profile with Capazoo.com are locked and secure. In other words, they cannot be transferred or copied to another Profile.
What are the different Profile types for?
Capazoo caters to its Members by offering 5 different Profile types. They are: Arts, Business, Charity, Individual and Sports. Each Profile type offers Members the chance to display their personality according to their own individual tastes.
I selected the wrong Profile by mistake, can I change it?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your Profile type. You must re-register using another email address and Nickname.
How do I upgrade my Membership?
Upgrading is easy! There is an Upgrade Membership link located at the top of every Capazoo.com page. You may also upgrade your Membership by using your E-Wallet. Access your E-Wallet through your Dashboard and upgrade to a Privileged Membership for just $24.95 a year. For an additional $10.00 ($34.95 a year), you can become a VIP Member which allows you total access to all the exciting Capazoo.com site features and programs. You also use your Zoops to pay for an upgraded Membership.
Why should I upgrade my Membership?
If you are a site visitor or a Basic Member, there are plenty of reasons why you should upgrade to a Privileged or VIP Membership. First and foremost, all Privileged and VIP Members receive a Capazoo Cash Card, which allows them to convert their Zoops into real cash! Secondly, Privileged and VIP Members are also enrolled in the Capazoo Savings Program, which is linked to over 300,000 merchants worldwide with savings of up to 50%. That equals HUGE savings! Why haven’t I received my account activation email from Capazoo.com?
Depending on your email provider, some emails can end up in the junk mail/bulk mail/spam folder. If this is the case, simply flag all Capazoo emails as ‘not junk’ or add Capazoo to your ‘safe list’.
Why is my account inactive or frozen?
If I close my Profile, what happens to the contents of my E-Wallet?
If you decide to close your Profile with Capazoo.com, the contents of your E-Wallet are deleted. If you no longer plan on being an active Member of the online community, we recommend that you do not close your Profile so that you may continue to earn Zoops and cash them out in the future.

How do I login?
Once you are brought to the Home Page of Capazoo.com, you will see a designated login area in the middle-right side of the page. You may also click Login, located at the top right side of the Home Page.
How I do I log out?
Once you are logged in, you may safely end your session by logging out. The Log Out selection is located at the top right of every page.
What are the mandatory requirements for navigating Capazoo.com?
Can I change my Nickname?
Due to security features, you cannot change your Nickname once your account has been created. To obtain a new Nickname, you must register for a new account using a different email address and a different Nickname than the one you have already provided with your previous account.
How do I change my password and other personal information?
You must be logged in to your account to change your password and personal information. Under Dashboard, select My Profile, Settings and then click on My Account. You will be brought to the page where you can update your personal information; including: your name, email address, your gender, your city, country, mailing address, your postal code and your language of correspondence. Be sure to select ‘Update Profile Information’ in order to update your recent changes. It is important to provide Capazoo with correct information as your Cash Card will be mailed to your mailing address upon upgrading from a Basic Membership
I forgot my password, how can I log in?
There is no need to worry in the event that you forget your login information. On the Home Page, where you would normally login, click on Forgot Password, which is located to the right of the Login field. This will prompt you to enter your nickname, and the response to your Secret Question. Capazoo will then send you a link to the email you registered with, in order for you to make a new password..
How do I change my Notification Settings?
Your Notifications Settings allows you to receive an indication of any new activity occurring on your Capazoo Profile. For example, you can choose to receive messages to your inbox when you have a new friend request, if someone has recently Tipped your Profile, if a friendship request has been accepted or when someone Tips your content, etc. It’s a personalized mini update! You may choose to turn all notifications On or Off, or you can also pick and choose the notifications you would like delivered to your inbox. This feature can be accessed in your Dashboard under My Profile, Settings and then by clicking on Communication. Select your personalized notifications and update it by clicking on Save.
How can I close my Profile?
We recommend leaving your Capazoo account active, so you may continue to earn zoops. However, if you decide you no longer wish to have a Capazoo account, you may remove all of your personal information and content from your Profile and then cease logging in. This will mark your account as inactive, and it will be removed shortly thereafter.

Can I download any Member-generated content from Capazoo.com?
Content that appears on Capazoo.com is not downloadable. It is solely reserved for online sharing and viewing.
Who can see my Profile?
Visitors and non-logged in Members have limited access to your Profile. However, Members who are logged in can gloss over anything you have made public in your Profile.
How do I block someone?
You cannot completely block someone on Capazoo.com, but you can report their Profile to Member Services by flagging it if there has been inappropriate behavior.
Can I turn off my communication with other Members?
You may choose to turn off your communication with other Members. Under My Profile, select Settings, then Security. The first selection is to disable your Quick Mail/Comments feature.
How do I hide my online status?
You may choose to turn off your online status notification to other Members. To do click My Profile, select Settings, then Security. The second selection is to disable your online status.
How do I report abuse on the site?
There are two ways to inform Capazoo of offensive, inappropriate or unlawful content. The best way to report abuse is to click the Report Abuse selection beside the offensive material -represented by a small Red Flag. This will report the information directly to Member Services. You may also choose contact Member Services directly and make a report of the abusive material. Simply indicate the user’s Nickname, the title of the offensive material, and why you feel the material is offensive. All information is kept in the strictest of confidence. There is also a Report Abuse selection at the bottom of each Capazoo.com page.
What happens when I report someone?
When you report abuse, the report is filed directly with our Member Services team. Swift action will then be taken to alleviate your concerns.
How secure is my private information?
Can I upload copyrighted files?
Capazoo accepts all appropriate content generated by the Members who upload it. However, we do not accept unauthorized copies, reprints or recordings of content onto our site. If you see that another Member has uploaded an obvious copyrighted file, please report this immediately. Important: Capazoo.com is not liable for any copyright violation by its Members. Thus, the culpability rests solely with the Members who have unlawfully copied a copyrighted file.
Why do I not see content that I previously uploaded?
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to see your content. First and foremost, please be sure that the content you are uploading is in the correct format and is not too large. Also ensure you have enough disk space remaining to add additional content. This information is can be easily viewed when you are preparing to upload new content and is indicated by a colored bar graph and a percentage of total used disc space. It is also possible you are not seeing your content because your content could have been flagged by another member. In this case, the content will not be viewable by you or by the public until the situation is resolved.

How do I change my Profile picture?
Changing your Profile picture, or Avatar, is the first step when setting up your Capazoo account. Changing your Avatar can be done under My Profile, My Style, and then select Avatar.
What is an Avatar?
An Avatar is an image designed to represent a Member online. Chosen from our library of images, Avatars are selected under My Profile, My Style, and then click on Avatar. Avatars can also be your pictures that you upload. The display size of our Avatar is 110 x 100 pixels and the maximum size is 5 MB (If the image you want to upload as your Avatar is larger than this size, it will be compressed automatically to fit).
What if I have problem uploading a picture to serve as my Avatar?
It’s possible you have tried to upload a photo type or photo size that’s not supported on Capazoo. Your photo should be in JPG format and no larger than 5MB. If problems arise, feel free to contact Member Services.
How do I change my Mood?
In your Profile, you may select a Mood that represents the way you feel. Moods can be changed by clicking on the small face located above your Rating. Once you select your mood, select ‘save’ to update your information.
How do I change my Quote?
Your Quote can be used to send a little message to anyone who views your Profile. To change your quote, simply click on Edit, located by your main display image at the top of the page. Type in your message to everyone and then select ‘save’ to update your information.
How do I edit the appearance of My Profile?
You may choose the tabs to display on your Profile by selecting My Profile, Settings and then Features. For instance, you may not wish to display your photos to everyone, so deselect Photo Gallery in order to omit that tab from your Profile.
How do I change/upload new Wallpaper?
The ideal size of your wallpaper should be a JPG image of 936 x 420 pixels in order for the image to fit nicely at the top of your Profile. You can attempt various other sizes; however they may appear distorted in order to fit the screen. It is recommended that the image be orientated to the right side of the screen so that your Profile information doesn’t interfere with your wallpaper. Changing your Wallpaper can be accessed by selecting My Profile, My Style and then select Wallpaper. You may select an existing Wallpaper from our gallery or upload your own image to serve as your Wallpaper.
Why do the About Me/Biography/Occupation/Blog fields tell me I have exceeded the character limit when I think I haven’t?
If you use the rich text option, it requires more character space than conventional text. Therefore, you will exceed the character limit faster using rich text than you will without.
I’ve changed my security settings so other Members cannot view my age, so why can I still see it?
You are the only one that can view your age on your Profile. To everyone else, it is not visible.

What is the Referral Program?
You can earn even more Zoops by inviting your friends to join Capazoo. When you refer a Member who upgrades to Privileged or VIP Membership, you will receive 100 Zoops for a Privileged Member and 130 Zoops for a VIP Member. You can earn Zoops up to four generations with the Referral Program, meaning if your friend you referred refers someone, that new Member counts as the second level in your referral network.
How can I take advantage of the Referral Program?
At the top of the page, click ‘invite’ and fill out the form with the friends you want to join Capazoo. There are other ways to take advantage of the Referral Program. You can also click on the Referral tab in your Dashboard and then select Invitations. Simply enter your friends’ names and email addresses. This will send them an automated invitation email. You may also choose to enter your username and password for your email account (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL Mail), and Capazoo will automatically send an automated invitation email to all the people in your address book. Moreover, if you click on the “Tools” option, you can copy your Affiliate Link and paste it in your own creative email and send it to whomever you wish. Also, if you have another Web site or an account with another social network site, you can paste a banner on your page that will automatically direct people to your Capazoo account. You can choose between 12 different banner types, according to your preferences. Simply copy the code underneath the banner of your choosing and paste it on your Web site where applicable. It’s just that easy!
Where can I see if I received Zoops for my referrals?
Your referrals can be viewed by selecting Dashboard. You will see a blue box that displays all your E-Wallet information.
How do I add a Capazoo Member to my Network?
Browse for fellow Members to add to your Network of friends by using the Member Browse feature. Then click the add a friend link in the personal area of a Member’s My Profile page.
Note: A potential friend must approve your friend request before they are added to your friends list.
How do I change/choose my top 9 friends?
You can edit your top 9 friends by dragging and dropping their Avatars from your list located under your Friends tab.
How can I invite my friends to join Capazoo.com?
There are a few ways you can invite your friends to join you at Capazoo. You can click on the Referral tab in your Profile, and enter your friends’ names and email addresses. This will send them an automated invitation email. You can also enter your username and password for your email account (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL Mail), and Capazoo will automatically send an automated invitation email to all the people in your address book. Secondly, if you click on the “Tools” option, you can copy your Affiliate Link and paste it in your own creative email and send it to whomever you wish. (Members can invite their friends to join Capazoo.com by clicking the ‘Invite Friends’ button in the Dashboard section.)
How do I accept/deny a friend request?
There are two ways to accept a friend request. In your Profile next to your Avatar, you will see an icon showing two people connecting. Clicking this link will take you to your “Incoming Friend Requests” section. Here you can view your friend requests and Approve or Delete each request as you see fit. Alternatively; in My Profile, click on Friends and check your incoming requests box. This feature allows you to accept or deny a friendship request.
How do I remove friends?
To delete a friend, you must Mouse over the friend you wish to remove and click ‘delete’ below their Avatar. This section is found under Dashboard and then select Friends.
If I remove a friend from my network, will they be notified?
Friends are not notified when you remove them from your friend’s list, however your Avatar will no longer appear in their friend’s list.
How many friends can I have?
There is no limit to the amount of friends you can have in your network on Capazoo. The more, the merrier!
Where can I search for Members to connect with?
Search for Members using the Member Browse found in the Galleries tab under Members. You can search by name, interest, city, email or address. You may also use the advanced search by selecting Advanced Search by selecting a specific area to brows (such as Individual), when you narrow the search criteria, the Advanced Search option will appear next to the Search tab.
What is my extended network?
Your extended network is comprised of all of your friends’ friends. Anyone in your extended network is not on your friends list, but you can send a request and they can be added if they confirm. To see who is in your extended network, select the Friends tab and then click on My Extended Network.
How do I upload Videos?
You can upload all videos by simply clicking on the Videos tab. Then, click the upload option on the follow the steps.
Can I upload a commercial video I found on another site or that belongs to someone else?
No. Capazoo has a strict copyright policy and will remove any unlawful postings regarding content. You must be the creator or have express written permission to upload all videos.
Are we allowed posting short clips from TV shows, movies and such? I have noticed that there have been such things as movie trailers being posted so I just wanted to be sure.
Short clips are acceptable however; we encourage uploading your own personal content.
If I post my videos on Capazoo, do I retain the rights to my content?
I tried to upload videos, but the uploading process failed, why?
There are two reasons why a video upload process would fail. First, all videos must be in .avi, .divx, .mov, .mp4, .mpe, .mpg, .mpeg, .swf, or .wmv format. If your videos are in a different format, our system will convert them for you. The process may take several hours before your video is fully viewable on the site. Second, you can only upload as many videos as your Profile’s disk space will allow. The maximum size for uploading a video is 100MB.
How many videos can I upload?
You can upload as many videos as you want, provided you’ve not used up all your Profile disk space.
Who can view my videos?
Any logged in Member can see all of your publicly displayed videos on your Profile, provided you have chosen to make them public. If you have checked the box to display them in the Video Gallery, then your videos can also be searched and browsed there as well.
What is a Featured Channel?
Located within your Profile, the Featured Channel is a collection of your favorite videos on Capazoo. You can add or delete videos from this channel as you like.
How can I manage my Featured Channel?
Once in the Videos section, click on the Featured Channel option. Then, simply manage the videos in your Featured Channel according to what you want to see.
How can I edit my video details?
Click the Videos tab and then select the video that you want to edit. The edit link is displayed with each video.
If I choose to make a video private will anyone be able to view it?
Once you have chosen to make a Video or Photo private, it will only be viewable by you.
How can my videos be posted in the Video multimedia Gallery?
When you upload videos to Capazoo, simply click the check box marked ‘Display in Multimedia Galleries’ and your videos will be searchable and viewable by all.
Can I remove my videos from the Video Gallery?
Yes. Simply find the video you would like to remove from the video Gallery and then click edit. You then have the choice to display or remove the video in question from the Video Gallery. You can, at any time, display or remove a video from the Multimedia Galleries.
My videos are not appearing within the galleries that I’ve selected them to appear in. Is there a reason why?
Each video that is uploaded by a Member will be shown in our featured section for one hour (if and only if the user marked the pictures as ‘public’ – to be displayed in the multimedia galleries). The photos in our featured section alternate once an hour. For instance, if a Member uploads a picture at 1:20pm, they will have to wait until 2:00pm for the picture to be displayed in our Featured Section.
How can I share my videos with friends?
Click the Videos tab (from the Dashboard) and then select from the appropriate video you want to share. The share link is displayed with each video. Click the share link and simply include all email addresses you want to send your content to.

Why was one of my videos removed?
How and where do I upload music files?
Click on upload under Music or under Music Gallery and follow the steps to upload music to an album. To upload music, you have to create an album (mandatory) even if there is only one song in it.
How do I create an album?
Click on upload under Music or under the Music Gallery and under Step 1 of the uploading process, complete the new album form and follow the next steps to upload music to this album.
How many songs can I upload?
The amount of the music you can upload depends on the amount of disc space that you have left. To get more disc space, you have to upgrade your Membership to a Privileged or VIP Membership. The maximum amount that you can upload in one process is 20MB. (You can only upload 20 songs at one time.)
How do I add songs to an existing album?
Click on upload under Music or under Music Gallery. Under Step 1 of the uploading process, select the album you would like to upload the new songs to.

No, to remove a file from the Capazoo Music Gallery, go into Music, select the song in the album which you wish to remove or select an entire album and click on the edit button on the file you want. Then, simply uncheck the “Display in Music Gallery” check box.
How can I edit my music album?
The album details can be edited by clicking on the edit button below the album cover inside the Music section, in your Profile.
How can I edit my song details?
The album details can be edited by on the album page, and editing as many songs as you wish at once. Simply click on the Music tab in your Profile and then on the individual songs within the album.
Can I edit Lyrics within my song?
You can edit your lyrics by click on the Music Tab, then the song which you want to edit. Then click the edit button, and on the right hand side you will see the lyrics box. Remember to hit the ‘save’ button.
Can I attach an album cover picture to my songs?
Yes. You can attach any JPG image to the album, both in the Upload process (Step 1) and in the edit mode by clicking on the edit button. Note: the image that you upload will be used for every song in that album
What happens when I make an album private
The album cannot be seen by anyone else but you.
Can I add a private song to a public album?
Yes you can. The song will not appear amongst the other publicly listed songs within the album. It is not useful, however, to add a public song to a private album, since, in all cases, the public song will not be accessible (due to its private listing).
How can my music be posted in the Music Gallery?
Simply check the required public setting box within the Albums, allowing for public viewing.

How can I share my music album with my friends?
Under the Music tab, next to the albums, there is a ‘Share’ button that you can click, and then enter your friends’ email addresses in order to let them know that your music files have been posted on your Capazoo page.

How do I search for music?
You can either use the Content Search under the Galleries, or Music search under the Music Gallery.
What do I do if I discover an offensive music?
There is a Report Abuse button on every page of the Music Gallery, as well as the Photo and Video Galleries. You can press this button, and a message is sent in to Member Services to flag the specific music file for investigation.
Why was one of my music removed?
Your file was removed due to a report being sent in for further investigation. You should be receiving a QuickMail shortly to alert you as to the status of the affected file.
What is your copyright policy for music upload?
If I post my music on Capazoo, do I retain the copyright and other legal rights to my content?
Yes, you will retain all the copyright of your content. Capazoo is a distribution platform only and will not retain the copyright of your content.
Can I upload commercial music on Capazoo?
No, as this would be a copyright infringement. You are only legally allowed to upload files of any sort that you are the author of, or that you may own the explicit rights to use.
Is there a maximum number of songs I can have in one album?
No, there is no maximum number of songs in one album.
Why does my album image say “Empty Album” when I know there are songs in it?
The “Empty Album” image is a default album cover that is set to be displayed when an image is not uploaded. You can upload an image for your album cover on Step 2 of the Upload process, at the same time as you are uploading your music files.
What file types/ sizes can I upload?
We support mp3 files, up to a total of 20MBs.
How and where do I create photo albums and upload photo files?
You can create all photo albums and upload all photos by simply clicking on the Photos tab in your Profile. Then, click the upload button on the right and follow the steps.
How do I upload photos to an album?
Simply click the upload button in the Photos tab and then choose the option to add photos to an existing album. Then, follow the easy steps.

In your Profile’s Public Life view, click on any photo to enlarge and reveal the share option. To share an entire photo album, simply click on the album cover image in order to arrive at the share option.
I tried to upload photos, but the uploading process failed, why?
There are two reasons why a photo upload process would fail. First, all photos must be in JPG format. Second, you can only upload as many photos as your Profile’s disk space will allow. The maximum size for an uploaded photo is 10 MB. However, please note that there is a 10MB upload process limit. In other words, if you want to add several photos at the same time, their total size cannot exceed 10MB in one upload session.

What is a blog?
A blog is a web-log; an online journal entry that can be read by others and commented on by others.
How do I insert an image into my blog?
To insert a picture within your blog, click on “Blog” then “Create New Entry” and a new blank screen will appear under “Blog Entry”. The easiest way to include a picture is to copy an existing downloaded picture. Select the picture you would like to include in your blog and copy it by right-clicking on it and then selecting ‘copy’. Your blog can be 1500 characters long.
How can I make my blog private?
When creating your new blog entry, there is a check box that allows you to make it private. Clicking this check box will make your blog viewable by you alone. You can read your private blogs by clicking on the “Blog” tab then clicking “View Private Blogs”.

Who can access and view my entire Profile?
Only logged-in Members can access your entire Profile. Capazoo visitors and non-logged in Members can also see your Profile, but only the very limited version.
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is basically your Profile’s control panel. Make your Profile changes through the Dashboard and receive/manage all of your notifications, such as Tips, requests (outgoing and incoming) and comments.
Is my Dashboard visible by everyone?
Your Dashboard view is visible ONLY to you. As it is a control panel, consider it everything that goes on “behind the curtain.”
What is a QuickMail?
A QuickMail is Capazoo’s internal mail system, a quick and easy way to reach other Members. QuickMail is free to all Members and every Members has a QuickMail incoming and outgoing box. Any Member can reach you via QuickMail. You can make an outgoing or incoming QuickMail message private or public. Public QuickMails are posted on a Member’s Profile.
How do I know if I receive a new QuickMail?
Upon logging in to your Profile, you will see a little envelope above the menu. This indicates that you have received new QuickMail. You will also see a text notification in the Notices section . You can also see new QuickMail by going to the QuickMail tab, then clicking on Incoming QuickMail. Choose to have emails sent to your inbox whenever someone sends you a Quickmail by clicking on Settings, and then Communication. Here you can choose what kind of email notifications you will receive.
How do I send QuickMail to my friends?
Simply visit another Member’s Profile and click on the QuickMail tab. You can then leave your QuickMail message.
How do I make a QuickMail Private?
When you are writing your QuickMail, you will notice an option to make the message private or public. Keeping the QuickMail private means that even though you can see it on both your page and the recipient’s page, no one else can see it. This particular thread of communication remains private. To make a QuickMail private, simply click the appropriate checkbox and your message will be of the private variety.
I’ve made my QuickMail private, but I can still see it. Did I do it right?
When you make your QuickMail private, you and the recipient will still be able to see it in your QuickMail tabs, however anyone else who looks at your QuickMail tab will not be able to see it. It has been made private between you and your friend, so no one else can see it.
How do I change my QuickMail Setting?
Click on My Profile, then Settings, then Features. Here you can remove the QuickMail tab from your tabs. Another option is to click My Profile, Settings then Security. Here you can select not to receive QuickMails at all.
I received a Public QuickMail, can I make it Private?
Yes, you can make your message private by clicking the Make Private button beside the message. This way, the message will be seen only by you and the sender.
I received a Private QuickMail, can I make it Public?
No. A private message stays private.
What is a QuickMail Thread?
It’s the history of a QuickMail conversation between two Members.
I sent a QuickMail to someone but it doesn’t appear on his page, why?
There are two reasons why your QuickMail does not appear on another Member’s Profile. The recipient may not have checked his/her incoming QuickMail, which means he has not accepted it yet. Or the person has deleted the communication instead of approving it.
Who can send me a QuickMail?
If your QuickMail settings are turned on, any logged-in Member of Capazoo can send you a QuickMail. You can then choose to accept or delete each message.
I accidentally deleted a QuickMail, can I get it back?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Once a QuickMail is deleted, it is gone from your Profile permanently.
Where can I see all QuickMails I have sent?
Simply go to the Outgoing section of QuickMail in My Public Life pages. Thread, approved tab of QuickMail section.
How can I send a QuickMail to a celebrity in Beyond the Velvet Rope?
Simply go to the Outgoing section of the QuickMail tab. However, once they are approved by the person you sent them to they will disappear. You’ll need to go to the person’s page to see them proudly posted.
What’s a Comment?
Comments are made on a Member’s uploaded content on the site. You can comment on a video, photo or music file, and you can comment on a blog. Simply click the Comments link associated with each multimedia file.
Where can I post my Comments?
Your comments, once submitted and approved by the Member who uploaded the multimedia file, are displayed in the Comments section of a Member’s Profile.
Can I delete a Comment I posted on someone’s pages?
No you cannot. comments can only be adjusted by the Member who created the content you are commenting on.
How do I know if I have received a Comment?
All Members are notified of a comment on their content in three ways: an icon looking like a notepad with a pencil appears above your Profile menu, a text notification appears under the Notices section in your Profile, and under the Comments tab you will see Incoming Comments. You can also choose to have an email sent to you when you receive a comment. Simply go to your Profile tab, then go to Settings, then Communication. Under My Notifications, select what kind of comments you want to be notified of.
Can I refuse a comment I received?
Yes. Members can choose to approve a comment before it can appear online.
Why haven’t my comments been made public on my friends’ pages?
When you post a comment about a video, music or photo file, or about a blog entry, it is up to the discretion of the receiving Member whether or not to make your comment public. The sender of a comment has no control over their comments being made private or not.
Who’s allowed to post Comments on my content?
Any logged in Member who is permitted to see all of your content can send you comments.
Can I turn off the Comments feature?
Yes. Click My Profile, then Settings, then Features. Here you can remove the comments feature.
Where do I manage all my comments?
In you’re my Profile view, click the comments tab and see all of the pending and approved comments left to you by other Members.
What are ratings?
Ratings are fun way for Members to rate other Members and their content. Based on a five-star method, you can rate another Members’ multimedia file or Profile. Capazoo displays the amount of votes that each compiled rating is comprised of. The ‘Most Rated’ videos, photos and music are prominently displayed in the Multimedia Galleries.
How do I rate?
Simple click the star rating you wish to give and your vote will be placed.
What if I make a mistake in the rating-can I change it?
Unfortunately no, so make sure you know what you’re rating! You can only rate a Profile or content once. After your vote has been entered, it cannot be changed.
Why will a profile or content not accept my rating?
It’s possible that you have already rated this Profile or content. You can only rate a Profile or content once. It is also possible that the person you are trying to rate has turned off their rating feature.
Do ratings have any value?
Ratings are meant as a fun feature on Capazoo. They do not have any substantive value. However, if your content or Profile gets a high rating, it can be eligible for the weekly Capazoo contests or it may appear in our Most Rated Gallery!
Can you see who rated your profile or content?
Ratings are done anonymously. You cannot see who left you a rating.
Can I delete an unfavorable rating?
Once a rating is entered, it cannot be deleted or changed.

What is Top Featured Listing?
Top Featured Listing lands VIP Members’ Profiles and uploaded content at the top of all Member and Multimedia Gallery searches. This exclusive feature gets the content of VIP Members more visibility and thus the possibility of getting Tipped more often.

Unfortunately, Memberships are not transferrable. However, you can Tip your friend and encourage them to purchase a membership with their Zoops.

Unique to Capazoo, Zoops are points you earn and convert into real cash. Each Zoop is equivalent to $0.01 US.
How can I convert my Zoops into cash?
Privileged and VIP Members can cash out their Zoops onto the Capazoo Cash Card – FREE for these two levels of Membership.
Can I deposit money to convert into Zoops?
Yes. Using a major credit card, Members can add to their Zoops total by depositing money into their E-Wallet. You must purchase a minimum of $10.00 (or 1000 Zoops).
Why hasn’t my Zoops balance been updated?
The system requires a few moments to update your Zoops balance. To get your most up-to-date Zoops balance, simply log out of your Profile and re-log in.
How do I earn Zoops?
The best way to earn Zoops is to share your content! Upload your photos, videos and music. Blog about the funny things that happened to you today, or something that really grinds your gears. The more content you upload, the more others will enjoy and the more you will get Tipped! The more you get Tipped, the more you will appear on the homepage. The more people view your content, the more eligible you are for winning contests and the more Tips you will receive.
Members can also accumulate Zoops by referring Privileged or VIP Members and by winning contests. Eventually, Members are also given a share in the form of Zoops from Capazoo ad revenue sharing and net profits.
What is Tipping?
Using your Zoops in your E-Wallet, you can Tip other Members’ Profile or content. Tipping is way to express your appreciation for content you enjoy on Capazoo.
How do I Tip?
Simply click the ‘Tip me’ icon associated with each video, photo and music file you view, as well as with each Profile and blog.
Why should I Tip?
If you enjoy and value content created by Members of Capazoo.com, you can show your appreciation by Tipping. Just like you would tip a street performer for the entertainment he/she provides, the same principle can be applied to Tipping on Capazoo.com.
Can I refuse a Tip?
Currently, the system does not allow you to refuse a Tip.
How can I see if someone has Tipped me?
All recent Tipping activity is reported in the Tip Notices area towards the bottom of the page of your profile. You can also choose to have an email notification sent to you when you are Tipped by going to My Profile, Settings, Communication then under My Notifications select the Tips you wish to be notified about. Don’t forget to click Save!
Is there a minimum and maximum I have to Tip or be Tipped?
You can Tip or be Tipped as little as 5 Zoops for content you enjoy. The maximum you can Tip or be Tipped by another Member in a 24-hour period is 1000 Zoops. However, you are free to Tip or be Tipped by an unlimited amount of Members in a day.
How many Zoops can I purchase in a 24-hour period?
The maximum amount of Zoops you can purchase in a 24 hour period is 5000 Zoops.

Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to upload any Word or PDF documents. To share such documents on Capazoo, the best way to go about it is to upload your files on an online shared space and then put a link in your Capazoo blog.
I am unable to upload content. The system says “Upload Complete,’ but it brings me back to the login page. What would be the reasons behind this?
When you leave the Web site unattended for a certain amount of time, the system will ask you to log back in and you will have to start the upload process once again.
